 COVID-19 Procedures

I have been fully vaccinated.


Teleheath sessions will continue to be offered when preferred over in-person sessions.


 The following procedures for in-person services will be in effect until further notice.

  • Please contact me if you or a family member has been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Clients are required to cancel their in-person sessions or replace them with telehealth sessions if they are feeling ill, or have an elevated body temperature (above 99 degrees), cough, or shortness of breath or have been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
  • It is required that clients wash their hands/use hand sanitizer first thing upon entering.
  • Hand washing instructions are posted at the sinks.  Paper towels instead of cloth towels are available.
  • Sessions will end on time to allow for cleaning before the next session begins.
  • Tissues are available in all areas.
  • Items that cannot be sanitized such as soft toys (except puppets), thinking putty ,etc. and cloth dress up items have been removed from the play room.  When a soft puppet is used, it will be removed from the play room before the next session.
  • Play materials are sanitized after each use when possible.  If not, they will be removed from the play room until sanitized.
  • The center is cleaned daily (each working day) with sanitizing products.
  • I will cancel sessions and remain out of the office if I have a fever above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, cough, or other signs of respiratory illness.
  • I may provide client services via telehealth if I am experiencing symptoms that prevent me from coming to the office or have a household member with COVID-19 but am feeling well enough to work.
  • The office will be closed briefly for a deep cleaning when a suspected case of COVID-19 occurs among clients who have been at the office or me/my family.
