New Client Information


 I continue to offer my play therapy sessions and parent consultations in-person in office and online through Doxy.me, a HIPPA compliant platform. When an online session is scheduled, I will email a link through which the session can be accessed.

New Client Information
*What can you expect when you choose me to work with your child?
I will first meet with you, the parents, to discuss your concerns and gather information.  We will then set an appointment for me to meet with your child.  As I get to know your child, we will discuss the treatment plan and goals. Your (and your child's) privacy and confidentiality in counseling are a priority.  
The number of sessions required to reach our goal can vary.  We will periodically meet to review our progress and make adjustments if necessary.

At this time, I am considered an Out-of-Network provider for other insurance companies. I will provide a receipt that you can file with your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company for information about benefits, number of sessions covered per year, deductible and Out-of-Network providers.

*Fees:
The YBR Therapy Center's fees are competitive 
with other providers.  
A reduced fee is available on a limited basis
to those who qualify. Please contact me for
more information.

Cash, Check, Credit Card

*Missed appointment:    
You will not be charged for a cancellation if it is made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for that appointment.
